2024 Thursday Club Beneficiary:
The Neighbors Link mission is to strengthen the whole community through the healthy
integration of immigrants, by filling a service gap for new immigrant families, offering
education and empowerment programs, involving longer-term residents in volunteer
opportunities and creating substantive partnerships with other local organizations.
Founded in 2000, Neighbors Link now serves almost 9,000 unique clients and engages
over 700 volunteers each year through our centers in Mount Kisco, Ossining and
Yonkers. The nonprofit’s crucial programs include English classes, digital inclusion
programming, immigration legal services, programs for parents and children, workforce
development and crisis support services.
Support from The Thursday Club will fund Neighbors Link's efforts to provide additional services to immigrant families with young children as they seek asylum and transition from shelters to permanent housing.
